Clean My Biz is committed to making cleanmybiz.com.au accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
Conformance status
We aim to conform with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This site has been built with accessibility considerations including:
- Keyboard navigation throughout the site, including a "Skip to content" link.
- Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions.
- Form labels associated with all input fields for screen reader compatibility.
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Sufficient colour contrast for body text and interactive elements.
- ARIA labels and roles where additional context is required for assistive technology.
- Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion user preference.
- Australian English language attribute for correct screen reader pronunciation.
Known limitations
We have identified the following areas where accessibility may be improved in future iterations:
- Some decorative illustrations on the Methodology page may not include full alternative text.
- The variant switcher developer tool, when enabled, may pollute keyboard tab order.
- Some sub-pages may benefit from additional ARIA live region announcements.
We are working to address these limitations in future updates.
Compatible assistive technology
The site is designed to be compatible with current versions of:
- Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android).
- Browsers: recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
If you encounter difficulty using assistive technology on our site, please let us know using the contact details below so we can investigate.
