Fig. 02 · Site context

Built for production environments.

We've cleaned manufacturing facilities across Melbourne metro since 2015. Light industrial, food production, fabrication, packaging, processing. Different sites, different shift patterns, same operating discipline: don't disrupt production, don't damage equipment, document what we touch.

We're a cleaning contractor, not a compliance consultancy. What we bring is experience working inside live production environments without getting in the way.

Fig. 03 · Capability map

What we clean in manufacturing facilities.

Four capability areas across the sites we service. Each scoped per facility after a walkthrough.

Pillar 01 · Production-area cleaning

Around live equipment, not against it.

We clean production floors, machinery surrounds, and processing zones while your line runs or during scheduled stops. Crew is briefed on your equipment, your no-touch zones, and your hygiene boundaries before the first shift starts. No improvising on a live floor.

Pillar 02 · After-hours & shutdown windows

Your downtime is our working time.

Weekend shutdowns, planned maintenance windows, twilight-to-morning shifts. We schedule around your production calendar, not ours. Lights-on access, single account manager coordinating the window, full handover before your day shift returns.

Pillar 03 · High-reach & mezzanine access

Cleaning the spaces above the line.

Mezzanine floors, racking, ductwork that's reachable on ladders or scissor lift hire. We don't carry rope-access or in-house EWP licensing yet, so any work above safe ladder reach is scoped with the right equipment partner before quoting.

Pillar 04 · Warehouse-adjacent zones

Loading bays, staff areas, the back-of-house.

The zones your production crew uses every shift. Lunch rooms, locker rooms, loading docks, dispatch areas, amenity blocks, corridors. The spaces that look worst by Friday afternoon. Daily, weekly, or pre-audit deep cleans depending on traffic.

Fig. 04 · Our approach

How we approach a manufacturing site.

Every manufacturing site is different. Food production has different hygiene requirements to a fabrication shop, which has different access constraints to a packaging facility. We don't run one template across every site we quote. Site visit first, scope built from your operation, pricing built from your scope.

We hold public liability and product liability insurance. Every crew member is police-checked before they're assigned to your site. For sites with additional clearance requirements (Working with Children Checks, NDIS, industry-specific), we arrange them as part of onboarding. We are not formally accredited to any safety management system standard and we don't claim to be. What we are is an experienced commercial cleaning contractor with operating history in manufacturing environments since 2015.

Common questions

Three questions, answered.

If your question isn't here, the full FAQ covers 28, or call 0433 173 504.

Can your crew work while our production line is running?
In most cases, yes. We brief crew on your no-touch zones and your hygiene boundaries before the first shift starts, and we schedule the heavier work around your downtime. The site visit determines what's possible on a live floor versus what needs a shutdown window.
Do you have your own EWP-licensed crew for high-level work?
Not currently. Mezzanine floors, racking, and reachable ductwork get cleaned on ladders or scissor lift hire. For anything beyond safe ladder reach, we scope with the right equipment partner and quote it transparently. We don't pretend to have capability we're still building.
Are you certified to any formal safety-management standard?
No. We're a commercial cleaning contractor with an operating safety record (0 lost-time injuries since 2015), full insurance, and police-checked crews. We're not a safety management systems consultancy. If your tender requires formal safety system certification from your contractor, we'd recommend a specialist provider.
