Phase 01

Tailor.

Built around your reality, not a template. A week of mapping, scoping, and listening before a single cleaner sets foot on site.

01.A

Site walk-through

A 30-minute walk with your facility lead, mapping floor plan, traffic, peak hours, access conditions and pain-point zones.

01.B

Conversation with your facility lead

We sit with the person closest to the day-to-day, usually your facility lead, and capture the lived reality of your building, not just the floor plan.

01.C

Itemised proposal

Within a week, a line-by-line proposal: scope, frequency, crew assignment, consumables at RRP, additional services priced upfront. No vague quotes.

Phase 02

Test.

A 30-day pilot with documented checkpoints. We refine the scope, crew schedule and chemistry until quality, speed and cost are dialled in.

FIG. 02 · PILOT TRACKING · 30-DAY WINDOW

Internal pilot tracking. Selected metrics shared with you in the Day-30 readout.

02.A

Daily quality scorecards

Documented daily quality scorecard, signed off by crew lead. Photo evidence on any flagged item. Captured against your scope, not a generic template.

02.B

Regular site reviews during pilot

Your account manager walks the site regularly during the Test phase. Adjustments to crew schedule, chemistry, or sequence are communicated clearly, never made silently.

02.C

Day-30 readout

A handover summary at the end of Test: refined scope, agreed exception protocols, escalation paths, and ongoing review cadence agreed.

Phase 03

Transform.

Integrated, scaled and continuously improved. A service that compounds in quality the longer it runs.

03.A

Regular reviews

Your account manager walks the site with your facility lead at a cadence that fits your operation, typically every 3 to 6 months. Documented scorecard, photo evidence, items addressed ASAP.

03.B

Real-time issue resolution

WhatsApp, email, phone, your call. Most issues close inside hours. Anything not resolved within 24 hours escalates directly to the director.

03.C

Scope refresh as your operation evolves

Buildings change. Headcounts shift. Operating hours flex. We refresh the scope as your operation evolves so it tracks the building you have, not the one you signed for.
