Keeping the site workable during the build.
Periodic cleans during construction so the trades aren't working around their own debris. Typically weekly or bi-weekly depending on build pace. Construction dust knock-down, debris removal from work zones, common-area amenity for the trades on site.
The clean that decides whether handover gets signed.
The high-stakes clean. Construction dust completely removed, all surfaces detailed, glazing polished, floors stripped and finished where required, fixtures and fittings detail-wiped, kitchen and amenity zones presentation-ready. Booked tight to the handover date so the site stays clean from our finish through to walkthrough.
When the walkthrough surfaces issues we missed or trades created.
The walk-through generates a snag list. Half the items are paint touch-ups and trade fixes. The other half are cleaning items we come back for: marks on glazing, dust in tracks and door frames, smudges on stainless. Same-day or next-day return depending on access and snag volume.
Office, retail, hospitality, corporate tenancy.
Each has its own presentation standard. Office fit-outs need workstations and meeting rooms detailed. Retail shopfits need glazing and back-of-house clean for visual merchandising teams. Hospitality builds need kitchen, FOH, BOH separately staged. We adapt the spec to the trade you're handing over to, not the other way around.
How we handle builders clean.
Builders cleans run on construction time, not office time. Trades finish late, materials arrive late, walkthroughs get pushed. We build buffer into the schedule and we communicate when slippage happens, so your handover date stays the source of truth. Site visit first, scope built from your build, pricing built from your scope.
We hold public liability and product liability insurance. Every crew member is police-checked before site assignment. We handle our own site induction on each new project, working with your site supervisor on access, safety briefing, and out-of-hours arrangements. We are not licensed trades and we don't claim to be.
