A streaked storefront tells walk-by traffic the inside is just as careless. Cloudy boardroom glass undercuts every meeting that happens behind it. A grimy atrium says no one's responsible. Glass is the part of your facility most clients and staff actually look at.

We clean ground-level external, internal partitions, high-rise façades and specialty glass (atria, skylights, balustrades) across Melbourne. Operators are height-certified, fully insured, and IRATA-trained for rope-access work. Every job leaves with photo evidence and a signed completion sheet.

Window pricing depends on access type (ground, EWP, rope), glass area, frequency and frame condition. Indicative bands below give a feel; every job is quoted from a free pre-clean inspection.

Low-rise

From $180 + GST

1-2 storeys, ground access and water-pole. Shopfronts, low-rise offices, café and retail tenancies. Quarterly cycle standard.

Mid-rise

From $800 + GST

3-5 storeys, EWP and boom-lift. Suburban commercial, hotel façades, mid-rise corporate. Quarterly or biannual cycle.

High-rise

From $2000 + GST

10-30 storeys, BMU or IRATA rope access. CBD towers, multi-stage façades, mixed-use developments. Biannual standard.

How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
For ground-level retail and shopfronts: monthly minimum, fortnightly for high-traffic locations. For mid-rise corporate: quarterly. For high-rise façades: biannual is standard, though CBD towers with high pollution exposure often run quarterly. We'll recommend a cycle from your pre-clean inspection.
Are your high-rise operators properly certified?
Yes. EWP operators hold WHS Yellow Card / Boom (LF) tickets. Rope-access crews are IRATA-trained and certified. We hold the appropriate public liability cover for height work, and provide SWMS and rigging plans for every high-rise job before lift-off.
Do you clean both inside and outside the same visit?
Yes, where practical. For ground-level offices, retail and lobbies, internal and external are typically delivered in the same visit. For high-rise, internal is scheduled around access (after-hours or weekends in occupied tower floors) while external runs on its own cycle.
What's your weather policy?
We don't clean external glass in rain (it's pointless), high wind above safe EWP/rope thresholds, or extreme heat affecting chemistry. Cancellations are at our cost, you're not billed for an aborted visit. We reschedule to the next available window, usually within the same week.
Can you handle one-off jobs as well as ongoing contracts?
Yes. Builders cleans, post-storm cleans, pre-event glass detail, façade restoration, all available as one-offs. Ongoing contracts get priority scheduling and tiered pricing. One-offs are quoted from inspection and delivered to the same standard.
Do you provide a guarantee on streaking and finish?
Yes. If any pane is missed or streaks within 48 hours under normal weather, we return and re-clean at no charge. Photo evidence and a signed completion sheet are part of every job, no need for you to inspect from a boom lift.
