Do you do this in-house or use contractors?
We do the standard commercial cleaning ourselves. For specialist and high-access work, kitchen exhaust, façade, pressure washing and high-level access, we bring in a trusted contractor we have worked with. Either way we scope it, manage the quality and schedule, and you deal with one team and one invoice.
How often should kitchen exhaust be cleaned?
Industry guidance sets the minimum at three-monthly for high-volume commercial kitchens, six-monthly for medium-volume, and twelve-monthly for low-volume. Your insurer may require shorter intervals. We’ll inspect on first visit and recommend a cadence, getting it wrong is a fire-risk and an insurance issue.
Can you arrange work at height? EWP, scaffold, rope access?
Yes. High-access work is scoped and delivered through trusted access contractors we engage and manage, whether the job needs an EWP, scaffold or rope access. We run the scope, quality and schedule as part of the same contract, so it stays one job with one point of contact.
What about waste capture during pressure washing?
Critical, and frequently mishandled. Council requirements vary across Melbourne LGAs but the principle is consistent: wastewater can’t enter stormwater. We deploy bunding, vacuum recovery, and where applicable, on-site separation and disposal through a licensed liquid-waste contractor.
Can you do end-of-lease for a commercial tenancy?
Yes, including the make-good detail to the landlord’s schedule of dilapidation. The successful end-of-lease clean is the one that gets booked early enough to flag defects, coordinate trades for rectification, and walk through with the agent before keys handover, not the one that gets booked the day before.
Do specialty services bundle into a recurring contract?
Yes, and it’s the most common arrangement for clients who’ve already moved their recurring cleaning to us. Quarterly exhaust, annual façade, periodic pressure wash, all on the same invoice, same point of contact, same quality standard as the daily cleaning.
