Why this matters

A venue is judged in the first ten seconds.

In hospitality, presentation is the product. A guest reads the room before they read the menu: the floor at the entrance, the state of the bathrooms, the glass on the door. A venue that is spotless at open holds its reputation; one that is not loses it in a review.

Clean My Biz cleans Melbourne hospitality venues and the common areas of accommodation: the front of house, the back of house, the amenities, and the shared spaces guests pass through. We work pre-trade, post-trade and overnight so the venue is reset before the next service, with one account manager and the same crew each time. This is venue and common-area cleaning, not guest-room housekeeping. It can sit alongside a broader commercial cleaning program for a group with several sites.

The result is a venue that opens clean every service: floors and surfaces reset, bathrooms presentable, glass and entry sharp. We service venues across Melbourne, including the inner suburbs around Collingwood and Richmond.

Pricing transparency

Priced per venue, not per guess.

Hospitality pricing depends on the venue size, the front-of-house and back-of-house split, the number of bathrooms and how often the venue needs resetting around service. We scope it on a walkthrough and quote a fixed fee with the scope itemised.

Common questions

Hospitality cleaning, five questions answered.

If your question isn't here, the full FAQ covers more, or call 0433 173 504.

What does hospitality cleaning cover, and what does it not?
It covers the front of house, the back of house as general cleaning, the amenities and bathrooms, and the common areas of accommodation: lobbies, corridors and shared spaces. It does not include guest-room housekeeping, and back-of-house kitchen work is general cleaning rather than specialist exhaust degreasing.
Can you clean around our trading hours?
Yes. Most venues are cleaned pre-trade, post-trade or overnight so the room is reset before the next service and never cleaned in front of guests. We build the schedule around your service times and keep the same crew on your venue.
Do you clean kitchen exhaust and canopies?
Back-of-house kitchen cleaning in this scope is general cleaning of floors, surfaces and prep areas. Specialist kitchen exhaust and canopy degreasing is a separate specialised service we offer, quoted on its own, so the right method and access are used for it.
What is included in a hospitality cleaning program?
Front-of-house dining and bar areas, general back-of-house cleaning, amenities and bathrooms, and accommodation common areas, on pre-trade, post-trade and overnight cadences. Exact scope is built around your venue at the walkthrough.
Are your cleaners police-checked and insured?
Yes. Every Clean My Biz cleaner holds a current Victoria Police Check before being assigned to a venue, and the business carries public liability insurance to $20 million. Certificates are provided on contract signature for your records.
